Ray Delaughter, Founder
Ray is the founder and CFO of VantageCFO. He brings a unique skill-set that comes from experience as a small business owner and experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies. Before starting VantageCFO, Ray worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Group at Deloitte Consulting.
Keith Dalton is a 1985 graduate of Texas A&M University and has more than 28 years of commercial construction experience. As President/Owner of KDW, Keith is responsible for overseeing all design/build activities and executing all agreements. Keith works with companies from all over the world that come to the Houston area to build single-tenant industrial facilities.

Terry Hlavinka, Founder
Terry is a principal in Hlavinka Equipment Company. He began farming and ranching while attending high school in the community of East Bernard, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M, he joined Hlavinka Equipment, a company originally founded by his grandfather, Joe Hlavinka. He successfully developed new markets and accounts which solidified the company as the highest volume Case-IH dealer in the state.
Evan Barnett is a 24-year veteran of the waterpark industry. Currently, Evan serves as the President & General manager for Typhoon Texas, Houston’s premier waterpark destination. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Brannan Holland, Solutions Architect
Brannan Holland is a Water Park Director with 16 years of experience in the industry, having managed Schlitterban Family Waterparks and Wet 'n Wild Hawaii. Brannan holds several certifications, including Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Instructor, Aquatic Facility Operator Instructor, Certified Pool, and Spa Operator. Experience in ASTM training, compliance, and documentation.

Jesse Benavidez, Facitliies
Jesse is proud to hold the title of “Cleanest waterpark in Texas”. Jesse’s 21 years of experience in faculty maintenance was the key to this prestigious honor. Jesse’s leadership continues to be built on the US Army. He serves as the Director of Facilities keeping Typhoon Texas a leader in park ascetics.
Matt has served as a prominent leader for the Red Cross. Combined with his leadership skill inherited by the US Army, Matt continues to develop and lead future leaders. Matt continues to progress Typhoon Texas as a leader in the industry as General Manager of Typhoon Texas Houston. He has been in the industry for over 16 years
